Katie became a mother in 2023, and her son is the joy of her life. She is currently a third-semester nursing student at Murray State University, drawn to nursing by a lifelong passion for helping and caring for others.
Alongside school, she works at GeriHab, where her experience has given her valuable exposure to patient care, communication with healthcare professionals, and compassionate, individualized care.
