Miranda Adair

Miranda Adair has been married to her wonderful husband for 21 years, and they have an amazing daughter attending Murray State University, a one-of-a-kind son attending South Gibson Co. High School, and a 10-year-old boxer named Cali, whom they all adore. She grew up in Dade, GA, just outside of Chattanooga, TN. She received her AAS degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Chattanooga State Community College in 2002. She has spent most of her working experience in West TN and in the home health setting, with additional experience in acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings. She has been with GeriHab for 2 years as of August 2026.
She has an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and has been working under that title for 24 years. She began her career in August 2002 at JMCGH, continued for several years primarily with NHC and VHC home health agencies, spent a few years in skilled nursing at Maplewood and Parkside (GA), and several years at Brookdale. She now works in the outpatient setting at GeriHab.

Miranda values growing her relationship with the Lord, studying His Word, and learning to do His will. Her next priority is her family, including her loving mother, hardworking husband, two wonderful children, and fur-baby, who loves them all unconditionally. She works to help provide for her family while enjoying some of the many wonderful blessings the Lord has created. She strives to work diligently each day to skillfully treat and help others through her work. She values honesty, dependability, hard work, and compassion.

Conditions Miranda Enjoys Treating
Miranda enjoys strength and balance training the most.
She strives daily to do the best she can to help others, be efficient in her job, and continue to grow her skills as a PTA.
Something patients have to deal with that Miranda wants to fix
Treating patients with chronic pain is one of the greatest challenges that she struggles with. Her heart and desire is to truly help each patient that she treats find relief from their chronic pain issues.
What does Miranda like about working at GeriHab
The work-life balance GeriHab allows her to have, along with her great co-workers and all the wonderful patients, makes working at GeriHab a blessing and joy!
Outside of work
Miranda loves time with family and friends, a clean house, cooking, vacations, some outdoor activities, holiday markets, exercising, coffee, and Bible study.
