Samantha (Sam) Napier
Patient Care Coordinator
Samantha was born and raised in Henry County, TN. She attended Buchanan School until it closed and merged with Springville School to form Lakewood School. She attended Lakewood for 7th and 8th grade, Grove for 9th grade, and HCHS for high school. She grew up just a short walk from beautiful Kentucky Lake and is the daughter of a retired commercial fisherman and a retired LPN.
After high school, she worked at Paris Landing State Park as a Cook 1 for nearly 10 years. She then transitioned into senior care, working at a local assisted living facility for three years and later at a local retirement home for 10 years, where she served as the kitchen manager. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Jimmy, for 25 years. They have one son, 25, and one daughter, 22, both of whom have served in the United States Marine Corps.
She originally started at GeriHab as a tech but transitioned into the sole Patient Care Coordinator at the Paris location. She has always worked in customer service roles and has thirteen years of experience in senior care.

Samantha is the Patient Care Coordinator. She is the first point of contact for patients, whether by phone or face-to-face. She schedules new patients’ initial evaluation appointments and answers any questions or concerns they may have. She is the first face patients see when coming into the clinic and the last person they speak with as they leave, helping set up their future appointments.
What Does Samantha Like About Working Here?
Samantha thoroughly enjoys connecting with each of the patients. Living in a small town, many patients know each other and/or the staff. She loves being able to hear about their personal lives and is thrilled to see their progress during their time at GeriHab.
What Does Samantha Enjoy Doing When She Is Not Working?
Samantha enjoys going to church, spending time with her husband and family, cuddling her Yorkie, taking care of their chickens, kayaking, and most of all, fishing!
