Terri received her degree in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and is also a graduate of the Florida Academy of Massage.
A native of Henry County, Terri returned home to Paris in 2008 after working in various clinical settings in both Michigan and Florida.
Terri has received advanced training in Myofascial Release and soft tissue mobilization techniques, geared specifically for the treatment of back and neck pain.
Additionally, Terri is certified in a program developed for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, called LSVT BIG.
This specialized program slows the progression of the disease, improves balance, reduces fall risk, and facilitates a smooth and steady gait.
LSVT BIG has also proven to be effective in the treatment of strokes and various other neurological conditions, and is covered by most medical insurances.
We’re so excited to have Terri as part of the Gerihab Team at our new Paris facility, where we strive to provide the best one- on-one therapy possible for each of our patients, always being administered with kindness, caring, and compassion!
